Members Say

From the membership.

“The Beacon Hill briefing alone saved our permitting calendar four months. The dues paid for themselves before the first quarter closed.”

“We came for the insurance pool. We stayed because the room knows our name — and our corridor.”

FAQ

Before you ask.

Ask us directly →
When do dues renew?
Anniversary-date renewal, prorated quarterly if you join mid-year. The estimator above uses the same table the desk uses.
Can I upgrade tiers mid-year?
Yes — you pay the difference and the new benefits start the same week. Downgrades take effect at renewal.
Do nonprofits and startups get a rate?
Nonprofits take 20% off any tier; companies under three years old take the Anchor seat at $395 for the first year.
Who signs the application?
Any officer or owner. The membership committee ratifies at its Thursday session — you hear back within five business days.
